You can also pay by cash, cheque or postal order - Please make sure you include the product reference (SSM - UK) or (SSM -WORLDWIDE) . Cheques and postal orders to W. Neale. Please also include the number of items you want.

Costs

Self stirring mugs are £9.99 including postage to the UK and £12.49 including worldwide postage.

Please make sure when sending payment via the post that you get the payment correct or we will hold your item until full payment is received.

Returns and cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day of delivery. To do this please email us or write to us. Contact details can be found on the contact page.

You do not have to give a reason for cancellation. However a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel your order you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Pay by post checklist

If paying by post make sure you have included full payment for the item including postage. Also include your full address to send the item to and contact details including a telephone number and/or an email address. Also include a item ref (SSM - UK) for UK postage or (SSM - WORLDWIDE) also state how many mugs you require.

Problems with orders

If you do not receive your order or your item arrives damaged please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the issue. Please check with paypal that payment has been sent before complaining about lost orders.

Packaging and delivery

Products come boxed and will come in plain packaging. Items will be packaged in a way to minimise the chances of damage while in carriage.

All items will be dispatched within 7 days of purchase.

All items are sent via Royal Mail first class postage. UK customers please allow up to 14 days to receive goods. Non UK customers should allow up to 25 days to receive goods.
